Gender Research and Feminist Methodologies

Abstract This chapter is structured around the issue of gender research and what it means to conduct with a perspective. Thus, discusses methodologies inspired by feminist ontological epistemological approaches. Drawing on standpoint theory, situated knowledge, poststructuralism intersectionality, shows how scholars, especially legal have adopted epistemologies in challenging inequalities law society. The draws methods combined social theories that assisted scholars go about reforms. Furthermore, focusing qualitative methods, explains some data collection analysis which been applied interdisciplinarily across science humanities studies. last part concentrates practical knowledge conducting informed methodologies. Finally, through exercises, students are given opportunity design outline plan socio-legal approach.
